Malga reachable via a forest road (with a fair slope and a flatter end; passable, with difficulty, with a mountain stroller) or via a path in the woods. Both partly in the sun and partly in the shade. If you have to choose, I recommend the forest uphill (1.5 hours from the Stein car park, with children) and the forest road downhill.Nice view along the road (you can also see the waterfalls) and from the mountain hut. Not many dishes on the menu but then there are the dishes of the day on the blackboard.Water also available in a carafe for 2.50!! Courteous girls and fast service. Some games for the children. Bathroom outside but clean and the right size.Attention: NO ATM/CARD - CASH ONLY

We arrived at the hut by taking the easiest route, having a stroller, the road is gravel and has some steep climbs, but it is still doable. We stopped for lunch, the dumplings with chanterelles were excellent, and the desserts were excellent, all the portions are generous.Another absolute advantage of this hut is the hospitality, and the view is spectacular. We would definitely like to return in the future.

We arrived at this Malga after visiting the Inferno waterfall. The Malga is very beautiful and welcoming, it has a small playground. The rooms are clean and well-kept, the staff is courteous and kind. We eat very well. For us, with two children, the ideal was to leave the car in the last car park close to the waterfalls (you can access it by paying 5 euros) and then take a circular route that starts from the Inferno waterfall (currently not very visible due to works ) and then continuing towards the Malga (not suitable for strollers), the return from the forest road that leads back to the car park which is however very panoramic and suggestive, also suitable for strollers. The complete tour takes approximately 2 hours.

One of the best lunches I had in 4 days. It's a struggle to get there but the landscape is magnificent. Braised dumplings, goat stew, pasta alla pastora, polenta... all delicious. Even the apple strudel with cream and the homemade yoghurt are a must. Lowest prices so far.

After a long walk (about 1 hour) from the last car park at the waterfalls, you arrive in a beautiful valley where the mountain hut immediately catches the eye.Once there, you have both internal and external tables available. The owners are very kind and offer excellent service, as well as the food.Prices are average for mountain huts, so no theft. There are some games available for the little ones.Dogs are allowed both inside and obviously outside, as long as they are on a leash.I recommend going without any problems.

Excellent mountain hut with typical South Tyrolean food and owners always available to do their best to welcome customers. A couple of hours from the town of Sant'Antonio (near Colle Isarco) it turned out to be an excellent trip for the whole family.

Excellent mountain hut reachable with a not too difficult hike. We parked before the barrier. (Now parking spaces are paid and no longer time slots).Once we arrived at the hut, there was a nice playground for the children and excellent dishes!
